Description
This Morning Basket is great for any Toddler or Preschooler. While it’s geared towards 2-6 year old learners, kids of all ages can join in. They will strengthen fine motor skills, language skills, problem solving, hand-eye coordination, and cognitive development. Your child will be learning fundamentals using a combination of the leading learning methodologies such as Montessori, Reggio and Learning Through Play.
Steps
Print
For best results print using “Actual Size” and “High Quality” printer settings.
If you don’t have Adobe Reader, it can be downloaded for free here.
Cut Out Pages
For best results, use high quality craft scissors and cut where there are dotted lines. Look for the scissor icon and dotted cut lines. Flash cards can be cut with a straight edge cutter.
Punch (Optional)
A corner punch can round corners. Any circles can be punched using a 2" circle punch.
Laminate
Laminate pages and cutouts for both durability and longevity. For suggestions on lamination products, see our recommended materials.
Lacing items, sorting jars, trays & magnifying glass can benefit from lamination so that they can be used repeatedly with dry erase markers or as playdough mats. Laminate as much or as little as you would like.
Assemble
Lace items will require a hole punch and string.
Flags can be attached to sticks or hung on a string.
Use self-adhesive Velcro dots to attach pieces to activities such as the ABC's.
